My first exhibition in London was at the School of Ideas, a squat occupied by the movement Occupy. It was vibrant and wonderful, we got to put our work up in the gym. No-one turned up for the first 5 hours but once the music started people were turning up and we had a good atmosphere. The building got demolished 2 weeks after we exhibited in it, illegally, before any planning permission had been granted to the company who bought the land to build flats.
